SHIPPING POLICY

Allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. On the day your order will be shipped an informative email including a tracking number will be sent directly to you. After receipt of this email allow 2-3 business days for standard shipping. Please be aware that during seasons of elevated temperatures, separation of products during shipping is expected. All products being made with natural oils, melting at extreme temperatures is natural, upon occurrence: use a spoon or tool to mix product and place in fridge to allow reconstitution for 20min (FOR BODY BUTTERS ONLY). Once your package has been shipped and you receive your tracking number, the product is no longer in our control but at the mercy of USPS Shipping.
